1.     Discuss what you thought about creating your logo.

The thought behind this is that the company that I am making this for is a hosting company. The E is also a server rack which is one of the services that the company provides, the M is and envelope which is another service that is provided. The P is the cloud which stands for the internet which is the concept behind the company. I didn't really have any colors to color this with but I could think of a few that might look good. I am going to work on this further.

2.     Describe the process: creative thinking skills and ideas you used in the logo creation.

I really wanted the logo to be eye catching but also stand for something that the company does. I think that it does both of these.

3.     What was the most important discovery you made in the creation of your logo?

When sketching the log it is pretty amazing how I started out with something so simple and it transformed organically into what I wanted. I was surprised with the ease of this process.

4.     What is the most important information you learned from watching the videos, PowerPoint, and reading material for this project? What is your opinion of the videos?

I really cannot believe the how important the logo is. I always knew without knowing. I didn't realize that I was thinking of the bow tie and automatically associating it with Chevy. Or the golden arches and McDonalds or the peacock with NBC. A strong logo can be the difference between making it and breaking it in the business. The videos really show the amount of time and development that goes into these things.
